    This Group Reporting Manager role offers a rare chance to take ownership of group reporting in a complex, international business, while working fully remote in the UK. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in strengthening reporting, consolidation and technical accounting as the organisation continues to scale.

    How you'll make an impact

    • Own the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure

    • Deliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statements

    • Lead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations

    • Act as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgements

    • Partner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positions

    • Support statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions

    • Contribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environment

    • Strengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processes

    Why you're a great fit

    Essential

    • You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

    • Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accounting

    • Background in practice or a technically focused Group Reporting Manager role in industry

    • Proven exposure to international, multi-entity group structures

    • Confident working with auditors and external tax advisers

    • Comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environment

    Desirable

    • Exposure to US entities or US GAAP

    • Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth business

    • Understanding of debt structures and covenant reporting
