A growing technology and transformation consultancy is looking to appoint a Governance Consultant to support a range of client engagements across governance, risk, operating models and organisational transformation.
This is a great opportunity for someone with experience across governance, technology risk, consulting, GRC or transformation who enjoys working with clients, facilitating workshops and developing practical frameworks and recommendations.
The initial engagement is expected to be project, with the potential to transition into a permanent position as the consultancy's project pipeline develops. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to build expertise in AI governance and Microsoft Copilot, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities
Support client engagements across governance, risk and technology transformation
Design and improve governance frameworks, processes and operating models
Facilitate client workshops, stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions
Gather and analyse business requirements and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand challenges and develop practical recommendations
Produce clear, structured reports, presentations and governance documentation
Assess existing processes, controls and governance arrangements
Skills & Experience
Experience within governance, consulting, technology risk, GRC, transformation or a related environment
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Experience designing or improving governance frameworks, processes or operating models
Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills
Experience producing structured recommendations, reports and presentations
Strong analytical and business analysis capability
Excellent communication and organisational skills
