    The impact you'll have:

    As a Finance Business Partner you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making within HSS ProService, helping us achieve rapid and sustainable growth.

    You will work closely with the CTO, HR Director and heads of departments to truly business partner, providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance and support to enable effective decision-making and help achieve our business objectives. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

    A typical day:

    • Partner closely with the CTO and product teams to truly understand their world and the drivers of success in reaching their objectives across the function

    • Support the HR Director and heads of departments on their organisational structures and people investment.

    • Work with the ERP team to keep finance up to date with forthcoming changes that might impact specifically DSMI spend.

    • Support with project updates across your departments to keep the finance team up to date.

    • Work with the Finance Director and reporting team to build best in class indirect spend reporting by function.

    • Drive overhead performance reviews across the business, communicating spend analysis and ensuring accountability.

    • Conduct financial analysis to provide insight into business performance, identify trends, and highlight areas of opportunity or concern.

    • Support with month end activity and accuracy of accounting for all DSMI spend including insightful commentary.

    • Manage the board pack slides for DSMI and technology spend including KPI’s and insightful commentary.

    What you'll bring:

    • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), preferably with bachelor’s degree

    • Experience business partnering is an advantage

    • Strong proficiency and accuracy in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.

    • Good power point presentation skills an advantage

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Positive and future focused with a desire to grow with the business.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
