    We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team to cover maternity leave on a fixed term contract until 27/3/27 working 25 hours per week.

    You will be responsible for matching, investigating and collating bulk contributions to breakdowns received by the team as well as making a high volume of calls to employers.

    Job Description:

    What will you be doing:

    • Contact employers by telephone

    • Complete administration duties in an accurate and effective manner in accordance with the daily schedule.

    • Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring that each customer is happy with the service that they have received

    • Work as part of a team to ensure service level agreements are adhered to

    • Create and maintain consistent and accurate records

    What we’re looking for:

    Essential:

    • Administration experience

    • Strong verbal communication skills and call handling ability

    • Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills

    • Strong written communication skills being comfortable to chase and collect outstanding funds by e-mail

    • Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management 'get it right first time'

    Desirable:

    • Experience in finance or credit control
