    Role Overview

    As the Finance Administrator, you will support the finance team by managing invoice processing, accounts reconciliation, and statutory account preparation, while also handling administrative duties such as organizing travel and coordinating meetings for the department and CFO.

    What you will be doing 

    • Handle finance admin tasks, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and payments. 

    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and efficiency. 

    • Prepare statutory accounts and ensure payments, amounts, and records are correct. 

    • Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals. 

    • Record and file cash transactions, process expense requests for accountant approval, and perform bank reconciliation. 

    • Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of employee payments  

    • Liaise with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers as needed. 

    • Organize travel, including researching and purchasing flight tickets at competitive prices. 

    • Support procurement processes and general administrative duties. 

    • Coordinate department meetings, meetings for the CFO, and any ad hoc meetings. 

    • Monitor and respond to queries, ensuring timely responses and information collection. 

    What you will bring

    • At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles 

    • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payments, records, and reconciliations. 

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask 

    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with third-party providers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams. 

    Desirable skills & knowledge

    • Proficiency in Excel, Xero 

    • Familiarity with any other accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage 

    • Experience working in a SaaS company

    Essential Qualifications   

    • Any accounting or financial qualification (part-qualified/level1) 

    • AAT qualification (Level 2 or above), bookkeeping certification, or similar credentials
