    At Vita Health Group we are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our progressive Experience and Feedback Team as a Governance Officer.

    This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our wider Governance function, contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality care and ensuring the voice of our patients is heard and acted upon.

    About the Team

    The Experience and Feedback Team sits within Vita Health Group’s wider Governance function, which includes:

    • Experience and Feedback Team

    • Safety and Risk Team

    • Quality and Compliance Team

    • Information Governance Team

    Our team is responsible for driving excellence in complaint management and patient feedback, as well as conducting thematic reviews and analysis to support continuous improvement across the organisation.

    We are a compassionate, dedicated team committed to supporting the business in delivering safe, high-quality care to all service users.

    Skills and Experience:

    Essential:

    • Experienced use of Microsoft and other E-Systems including excel spreadsheets. 

    • Data analysis and reporting 

    • An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion

    • Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required

    Desirable:

    • Experience in a compliance role

    • Experience in thematic analysis
