Following joining the Arts Council National Portfolio in 2023, we are now in an exciting period of growth and transformation including strategic development, furthering international partnerships, and innovative environmental touring practice.

This is an opportunity for an imaginative, resourceful and collaborative arts leader to join us as we transform and strengthen our work. The Executive Director will lead the strategic direction of the organisation and maximise its potential through diversifying income streams, navigating risk and securing partnerships.

Any candidate who self-identifies as Deaf, deaf, hard-of-hearing, disabled, neurodiverse, and/or from the Global Majority and meets the essential criteria is guaranteed an interview as these individuals are under-represented in our current workforce.
