About The Role
Are you an experienced eLearning content developer looking for a focused project with clear outcomes?
St Mungo’s supports people experiencing homelessness to rebuild their lives. As part of the launch of a new Learning Management System, we are undertaking a time-limited programme of work to review and improve our existing eLearning content. We are looking for an eLearning Content Developer to lead this delivery-focused project, ensuring our learning is clear, consistent, accessible and ready to scale.
The role
You will take ownership of a defined six-month project to review, redesign and enhance a substantial catalogue of existing eLearning modules. The work is practical and hands-on, focused on quality uplift and consistency rather than greenfield content creation.
Working closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders, you will re-author learning using Articulate Rise and Storyline, applying sound instructional design principles and recognised accessibility standards throughout. You will ensure content is accurate, relevant and aligned with current best practice, organisational strategies, policies and procedures.
Success in the role will be measured by the delivery of a refreshed, accessible and well-structured learning catalogue that supports the successful rollout of the new LMS and improves the learning experience for staff and volunteers across the organisation.
About you
You will bring strong, hands-on experience developing eLearning using Articulate Rise and Storyline, supported by a solid understanding of instructional design and accessibility within digital learning. You will be confident enhancing content using additional tools or techniques where appropriate, while maintaining clarity, consistency and accessibility standards.
Comfortable working to defined timescales, you will manage your workload independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes. Organised, pragmatic and proactive, you will enjoy project-based work with clear scope, ownership and tangible results.
Closing date: 10am on Thurs 8 January 2026
Interview and assessments on: Thurs 22 January 2026
