We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Paid Social Senior Executive, with a proven track record of success managing paid social activity within a startup or scaleup environment. You will play a pivotal role in executing and optimising paid social campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and audience engagement. Working closely with our growth marketing team, you will manage budgets, analyse data, and collaborate with creative to drive Twinkl’s brand awareness and customer acquisition goals.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, proactive, and eager to make an immediate impact.
Main responsibilities include:
Plan, build, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels, with a strong focus on LTV/CAC optimisation
Monitor campaign performance and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring cost efficiency.
Generate in-depth reports and actionable insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and audience trends.
Work closely with the creative team to brief ad creatives, copy, and assets tailored to target audiences.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting to maximise performance.
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid social efforts with wider marketing initiatives.
To succeed in the role, you will:
Proven professional experience managing paid social channels within a high-performing D2C environment. Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, or subscription-based models is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of paid social acquisition channels, with the ability to work strategically and independently.
Track record of success in running experiments that enhance LTV or significantly lower CPA and achieve CAC/LTV goals
Experience collaborating closely with brand and/or creative teams to develop impactful ad concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
Understanding of how paid social fits into the broader digital marketing ecosystem.
Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
A proactive mindset, constantly looking for ways to optimise performance and efficiency.
