✨Join Us at The Centre for ADHD Research and Excellence: Shaping the Future of Accessible Healthcare✨
At CARE ADHD, we’re revolutionising private healthcare by making ADHD assessments and treatment more affordable and accessible to those who need it. Our client-centred approach, combined with lean methodology and a focus on continuous improvement, drives our commitment to excellence. We embrace an innovative mindset, encouraging rapid learning and adaptation through our ‘fail fast’ ethos. With ambitious plans to become the largest ADHD service provider outside the NHS within the next five years, we are committed to pushing boundaries and fostering innovation.
Care ADHD is one of the fastest-growing specialist providers of neurodevelopmental care in the UK. We were founded by NHS clinicians and leaders who wanted to solve a very real problem: long waiting times, limited access to ADHD care, and increasing pressure on NHS systems.
We work with the NHS, not around it — partnering with Integrated Care Boards, NHS Trusts and commissioners to expand system capacity while maintaining high clinical, governance and assurance standards.
As our NHS partnerships continue to scale nationally, strong administration, organisation and coordination within the Partnerships Directorate are essential to ensuring we operate with credibility, consistency and control.
This is where this roles comes in.
💫What we are looking for?
We are looking for a Divisional Administrator – Projects and Business Support to join the Partnerships Directorate and support its day-to-day functioning.
This role acts as a central administrative and organisational anchor for the directorate. You will provide structured support across projects, meetings and workstreams, ensuring activity is well organised, actions are tracked, and information is accurate and accessible.
The role supports the Associate Director of Partnerships and senior colleagues by maintaining high standards of administration, coordination and written outputs, enabling them to focus on strategy, assurance and NHS relationships.
Why this role is important
In an NHS-facing environment, credibility is built through reliability, organisation and follow-through.
This role ensures that:
Directorate activity is coordinated and well organised
Meetings are prepared properly and actions are captured and followed up
Trackers, documents and records are accurate and up to date
Senior colleagues are supported with clear, structured information
😎What You’ll Be Doing:
Provide administrative and business support across the Partnerships Directorate
Keep partnerships activity organised, structured and on track
Support the coordination of projects and cross-functional workstreams
Prepare and maintain action logs, trackers, records and written summaries
Support meetings, including agendas, papers, note-taking and follow-up
Maintain orderly contract, reporting and governance documentation
Act as a first point of contact for routine queries and information requests
Operate with professionalism and discretion in a regulated, NHS-facing environment
What this role will not do
Lead projects or programmes
Own NHS strategy, contracts or external relationships
Provide independent assurance or sign-off
Hold senior accountability
All work is undertaken in support of agreed priorities and under appropriate direction.
🚀To thrive in this role you’ll need to:
Be someone who takes pride in good administration and organisation, and who understands how vital these are to effective delivery. You will be reliable, methodical and confident producing clear written materials, trackers and summaries, and comfortable supporting senior colleagues and complex activity.
Essential experience:
Experience in an administrative, business support or coordination role
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Confidence supporting meetings and tracking actions
Clear written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Bonus points if you:
Experience working in a structured or regulated environment

We value:
Kindness – treating colleagues, partners, and everyone we support, with respect and care.
Transparency – being open and honest so that trust can grow.
Reflection – pausing to learn from experience and improve together.
Growth mindset – always welcoming feedback and challenges as opportunities to develop.
Accountability – taking ownership of our actions and outcomes, not to assign blame, but to learn, adapt, improve, and move forward.
