About the role:
As this role sits within our Social Impact Domain, you’ll play a key part in our National Mobilisation team, delivering digital marketing campaigns to drive donation income, lead generation and supporter engagement.
You will lead paid digital marketing campaigns for some of our fundraising products for example our weekly lottery, our Give Hope online shop and legacy marketing.
A key part of the role will be enabling the National Mobilisation team to track performance of marketing and fundraising activities, that is why we’re looking for someone who is experienced in setting up and managing tracking in Google Tag Manager.
Key Skills and Competencies
To be successful in this role:
You will have experience setting up and running paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
You will be experienced in Google Ads, having run campaigns across Google Search and Performance Max
You will be comfortable setting up, managing and troubleshooting tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager
You will be confident reporting on campaign performance, seeking out the best optmisations and communicating recommendations to colleagues
You will be a great team player and can communicate well with internal and external stakeholders to deliver effective digital campaigns
It would also be an advantage if you have any of the following skills and competencies:
You will have experience of working with website cookies and knowledge of cookie compliance
You will have managed a Google Grants account and understand how to maximise the funding available to generate conversions
You can set up dashboards and reporting in Google Data Studio
