Working hours: 35 hours per week with flexible working options - compressed hours or flexitime

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

  • Are you a creative communicator with experience in engaging online audiences through scroll-stopping content? Do you have experience in managing websites and social media channels?

    We have a vacancy for a Digital Content Officer to join the Froebel Trust on a full-time, permanent basis.

    This is a new role, which will play a key part in building the Trust’s digital presence, helping us expand our reach, diversify our audience and future-proof our content. We are looking for someone who is able to think creatively with strong digital communication skills and experience and a curiousity and/or experience in using AI.

    Reporting to the Communications Manager, you will support with planning, developing and analysing the Trust’s communications. You will take the lead on the planning and production of high-quality, accessible digital content that promotes Froebelian education and research, and its importance in early years education practice today.

    • Salary range: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

    • 35 hours per week with flexible working options - compressed hours or flexitime

    • Contract: Permanent

    • Closing date: 8am on Monday 30th June 2025 [1]

    • Stage 1 interview: Tues 8 and Wed 9 July on Zoom

    • Stage 2 interview: Tues 15 July at Froebel Trust office in London

    • Start date: September 2025

    • Probation period: 9 months

    • Holiday entitlement: 28 days a year + statutory public holidays (England) pro rata.

    • Employer’s pension contribution: 8% of salary
