We are looking for a Deputy Director - Research, Insight & Evaluation to lead our team working on all things data, research, evidence, insight and evaluation.
What you'll do
Coach and mentor people to achieve objectives and deliver their best work.
Develop a high performing team with a strong culture.
Promote growth and development for people and the sharing of knowledge.
Ensure effective resource allocation and alignment of work.
Use your skills and experience in research, analysis and/or evaluation to add value to specific projects, and to inspire and motivate.
Champion the culture of data-driven, evidence-based and impact-focused work across the charity.
What you'll need
Strong skills and well-established experience in mixed methods research, analysis and/or evaluation.
Experience leading and managing a team of people.
An open, collaborative, enterprise mindset with a passion for developing yourself and others.
Strong digital skills and a sound understanding of agile values & principles.
A criminal record check / DBS disclosure (if offered the position).
