Working hours: Must be willing to align working hours until approximately 7:00pm UK time to support US-based stakeholders
Salary: £550-£600 per day (Inside IR35)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Delivery Lead to own and drive the delivery of Data Governance services for a key enterprise client. This role is delivery-focused and requires strong stakeholder engagement, leadership, and governance expertise rather than hands-on technical implementation.
You will act as the primary delivery lead, ensuring Data Governance initiatives are delivered effectively, risks and dependencies are managed, and senior stakeholders are engaged throughout.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of Data Governance services into the client organisation
Manage delivery dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones to ensure successful outcomes
Act as a key interface to senior client stakeholders, including Director-level individuals
Provide strong leadership and influence across multi-disciplinary teams
Ensure governance processes are embedded and aligned with enterprise data management standards
Drive collaboration across geographically distributed teams, particularly with US-based stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience in Data Governance delivery within large or complex organisations
Strong understanding of enterprise data management from a process and governance perspective
Demonstrated ability to manage delivery, risks, and stakeholder expectations
Excellent influencing, communication, and people management skills
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders at Director level
Experience working across time zones, particularly UK–US collaboration
