We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve complex problems, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Extract, transform, and analyse large datasets using SQL, Python, or other analytical tools
Design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards
Develop and implement data collection procedures to address business questions
Identify patterns and trends in complex datasets to support business strategy
Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership teams to understand their data needs
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
Proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R)
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex findings clearly
Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
