  • Clinical Partners is one of the UK’s leading mental health providers, and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a talented Clinician Workforce MI Analyst to join our People Team and help shape how we use data to improve patient care, strengthen clinical outcomes, and optimise operational performance.

We’re looking for a proactive and curious Clinician Workforce & MI Analyst to own the insight that underpins our clinician workforce. You’ll bring together fragmented data, uncover trends, and provide the analysis that drives smarter workforce planning, better utilisation and stronger operational performance.

This role goes beyond reporting — you’ll interpret data, highlight risks, explain patterns and recommend clear actions. Working across multiple teams, you’ll act as a trusted analytical partner, aligning stakeholders around a consistent, evidence‑based view of clinician performance and workforce needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse the full clinician lifecycle: onboarding, activation, utilisation, inactivity and reactivation

    • Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve engagement, retention and performance

    • Provide data‑led insight to support workforce planning, supply/demand and capacity decisions

    • Highlight risks to service delivery and support mitigation planning

    • Build and maintain dashboards across multiple systems (including Salesforce)

    • Combine data from different sources to create a single, consistent performance view

    • Move beyond reporting to provide interpretation, recommendations and clear next steps

    • Improve data quality, definitions and visibility across the organisation

    • Act as a central coordination point for clinician‑related MI

    • Partner with stakeholders, managing competing priorities and challenging assumptions where needed

    Requirements:

    • Experience as a Data Analyst, MI Analyst or similar

    • Strong analytical skills and experience with large, complex datasets

    • Proficiency in SQL/SOQL and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Analytics)

    • Ability to interpret data, identify trends and generate actionable insight

    • Experience combining data from multiple systems, ideally including CRM platforms

    • Strong communication skills — able to translate complex data into clear, concise messages

    • Confident stakeholder management with the ability to influence and challenge constructively

    • Curious, proactive and comfortable working in ambiguity

    • Experience with workforce, operational or performance data

    • Healthcare background desirable but not essential

    Remuneration and Benefits:

    • £50,000 annual salary

    • 25 days paid holiday (increasing with service to 28 days) plus bank holidays.

    • A day off for your birthday.

    • Healthcare Cash Plan

    • Benefits Platform

    • Life Assurance

    • Discount Vouchers

    • Flexible working opportunities to suit your personal needs

    • Opportunities to take part in charitable events

    • Access to a Wellbeing portal and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
