Client Support and Systems Manager

Location: Remote - with ad-hoc travel to Spire Occupational Health Client sites

Temporary: Fixed term on a maternity cover basis

Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Up to £35,000 pro rata

  • Job Introduction

    We are looking for a Client Support and Systems Manager to join Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) on a maternity cover basis. This role will support the administration, maintenance and ongoing development of our client-facing systems — specifically Orchid and Salesforce.

     

    The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems are correctly configured, securely managed, and effectively utilised to support operational delivery. We are seeking a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a can-do attitude, and confidence working with IT and administrative systems.

     

    As part of this maternity cover, you will primarily work remotely, collaborating with colleagues and clients, and attending client sites as required.

     

    Essential Requirements:

    • Knowledge of account management for client support and delivery of new systems.

    • Experience working with varied clients and different level of stakeholders.

    • Have strong mentorship, communication and organisational skills.

    • Proven track record of leading systems training and managing complex projects.

    • Experience with OH software, such as Orchid (is desirable)

    • Experience in Microsoft Excel to an advanced level.

    • Knowledge of the Salesforce Platform.

     

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Maintenance of Client accounts ensuring the smooth running of the system for end users.

    • Ensuring dashboard users are correctly set up for seamless integration with Spire OH.

    • Liaising with clients regarding bespoke account set ups.

    • The hosting of a weekly/monthly Orchid training webinar for our clients to attend, helping to upskill employers’ abilities in Orchid.

    • Assistance in the continued development of the Orchid system.

    • Deliver training to new users on Salesforce.
