Join a small, privately owned company supporting around 400 UK car dealerships with compliance systems, audits, and training.
Our client is looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who are committed and ready to contribute.
Recruitment includes telephone and video interview (with assessment), references and a 6-month probation period.
Skills & Requirements
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Excellent communication, spelling, and grammar
Previous industry experience preferred
Minimum 3 years' remote working experience

The Role
This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:
Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat, including basic technical guidance aligned with FCA requirements
Managing user accounts and resolving access issues
Updating client documentation and training materials in line with regulations
Producing monthly reports for clients and the FLA
Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks
Supporting client onboarding
Re-engaging users with expired training
Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues
Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base
