Salary: Pro rata £28,000-£29,500 based on number of hours per week agreed

    Join a small, privately owned company supporting around 400 UK car dealerships with compliance systems, audits, and training.

    Our client is looking for candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who are committed and ready to contribute.

    Recruitment includes telephone and video interview (with assessment), references and a 6-month probation period.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, Teams)

    • Excellent communication, spelling, and grammar

    • Previous industry experience preferred

    • Minimum 3 years' remote working experience

    The Role

    This Part-time Client Support Administrator role involves:

    • Supporting users via email, phone, and live chat, including basic technical guidance aligned with FCA requirements

    • Managing user accounts and resolving access issues

    • Updating client documentation and training materials in line with regulations

    • Producing monthly reports for clients and the FLA

    • Assisting with invoicing, debtor follow-ups, and general admin tasks

    • Supporting client onboarding

    • Re-engaging users with expired training

    • Liaising with IT and external partners to resolve technical system issues

    • Maintaining internal guides, reports and a knowledge base
