  • We are looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our Apprenticeships team at The University of Law.

    In this pivotal role, you will act as the main point of contact for our client law firms, ensuring an outstanding customer experience for both clients and their apprentices. You will play a key role in strengthening partnerships, improving processes, and driving continuous service enhancements across the business.

    This is a permanent, part-time position working 14 hours per week, we can be relatively flexible on the days you prefer to work. You will work remotely (UK-Based)

    As our Client Relationship Manager you will:

    Client Relationship Management

    · Act as the primary contact for client law firms, building strong and lasting relationships

    · Understand client needs and proactively develop solutions to enhance service delivery

    · Provide dedicated support including reporting, documentation, and planning for apprenticeships

    · Work closely with Programme and Student Leads to monitor apprentice progress

    · Manage and track client feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution

    Operational Excellence

    · Identify opportunities to improve processes and client experience

    · Collaborate with internal teams to implement service improvements

    · Use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive change

    · Support wider business development initiatives to enhance long-term client value

    Continuous Improvement

    · Champion a customer-first approach across all interactions

    · Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and service quality

    · Take ownership of personal development and performance goals

    Is this you?:

    · Experience supporting clients within professional education or training environments

    · Experience working with apprentices in a client support role

    · Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships

    · Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
