  • At The University of Law, we’re delivering a significant volume of strategic and operational change across the organisation. To support this, we’ve introduced a Change Management Framework (CMF) to bring greater visibility, coordination and alignment to how change is delivered institution wide.

    We’re now looking for a Change Manager to play a key role in embedding and operating this framework. Sitting within the Strategic Projects Team, you’ll provide a central view of institutional change helping to identify risks, manage dependencies and support Executive decision-making.

    This is a highly collaborative role, working across faculties, professional services and senior leadership to ensure change is effectively coordinated and sustainable.

    As our Change Manager - Institutional Change Portfolio, you will:

    You’ll take ownership of embedding and operating our Change Management Framework, ensuring institutional change is visible, coordinated and well-managed.

    · Embed the Change Management Framework across the University

    · Capture and maintain a central portfolio of institutional change activity

    · Identify cross-functional risks, dependencies and capacity constraints

    · Facilitate dependency mapping for high-impact initiatives

    · Produce Executive-level reporting, including monthly Change Snapshots

    · Highlight cumulative change impact and potential saturation risks

    · Support governance processes and decision-making with clear insights and trade-offs

    · Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

    · Promoting a consistent understanding of institutional change and its impacts

    Is this you?:

    We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys bringing clarity and structure to change.

    · Experience working in a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation

    · A track record of coordinating cross-functional change or transformation activity

    · Strong experience identifying and managing risks and dependencies

    · Confidence working with and reporting to senior leadership or Executive teams

    · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information

    · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    · The ability to build relationships and influence across teams
