The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic Candidate Care Specialist to manage complex interview scheduling and deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring teams alike.
This is a pivotal coordination role that supports some of our most senior and complex hiring. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that our candidates are informed, engaged and cared for, and that our hiring process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn interview scheduling for Executive and complex panel interviews
Manage candidate communication from screening through to offer
Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to stay ahead of logistics
Track and analyse candidate feedback to spot trends and recommend improvements
Help build scalable candidate care processes as Oviva grows
Maintain documentation and support the rollout of automation tools
About You
Exceptionally organised and comfortable managing complexity
Strong communicator who can manage sensitive conversations with care
Familiar with scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Calendly, GoodTime, etc.)
Tech-savvy and able to work across time zones
Values empathy, process excellence, and a candidate-first approach
