    The Role

    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, empathetic Candidate Care Specialist to manage complex interview scheduling and deliver an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring teams alike.

    This is a pivotal coordination role that supports some of our most senior and complex hiring. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that our candidates are informed, engaged and cared for, and that our hiring process runs smoothly behind the scenes.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Own interview scheduling for Executive and complex panel interviews

    • Manage candidate communication from screening through to offer

    • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring teams to stay ahead of logistics

    • Track and analyse candidate feedback to spot trends and recommend improvements

    • Help build scalable candidate care processes as Oviva grows

    • Maintain documentation and support the rollout of automation tools

    About You

    • Exceptionally organised and comfortable managing complexity

    • Strong communicator who can manage sensitive conversations with care

    • Familiar with scheduling tools (Greenhouse, Calendly, GoodTime, etc.)

    • Tech-savvy and able to work across time zones

    • Values empathy, process excellence, and a candidate-first approach
