Working with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Client Services and Operations, you'll build dashboards, analyse complex datasets and provide insights that support strategic planning, operational performance and business growth.
This is an opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies, contribute to a growing data function and influence how data is used across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:

Improving data quality and helping maintain trusted reporting across the organisation
Automating reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Presenting data and insights in a clear, engaging way for both technical and non-technical audiences
About You
You'll be naturally curious, analytical and enjoy using data to solve business problems.
We're looking for someone with:
Strong experience developing reports and dashboards in Power BI
Excellent SQL skills for querying, transforming and analysing data
Experience with DAX, Power Query and data modelling
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes and reporting best practice
The ability to communicate complex information clearly and influence decision-making
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Experience working with multiple data sources and supporting self-service reporting
Experience with Microsoft Azure, the Power Platform or Dynamics 365 would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
