Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (between 8am–6pm), with occasional evening and weekend work as required.

Salary: £23,363 - £28,232 per annum pro rata

    Who we are looking for:

    We are looking for an Autism Support Delivery Officer (Online Support) to join our Autism Help and Support team.

    You’ll report to the Specialist Lead (Autism Support) and take the lead in managing our vibrant Online Community, a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where autistic people and their families can connect and support each other.

    You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, including:

    • Moderating the forum and responding to user queries.

    • Recruiting, training, and supporting our team of volunteer moderators.

    • Leading on safeguarding processes and maintaining high standards of support.

    • Monitoring service impact, contributing to funding and promotional activities.

    • Supporting compliance with the Online Safety Act and other relevant legislation.

    This is a part-time maternity cover role until 10 July 2026.
