Job Summary
We’re looking for an Apprenticeship Programme Administrator to join our People Team in a remote-based role with occasional travel. You’ll support the Apprenticeship Programme Lead in delivering a comprehensive apprenticeship programme alongside a positive and engaging induction experience for all new starters across the organisation.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business, apprenticeship providers, and new employees to ensure a smooth and supportive experience throughout their learning and onboarding journey.

The role offers variety across apprenticeship administration, induction coordination, reporting, and wider people support activities, giving you the chance to build broad experience within HR and learning and development.
What you’ll do:
• Support the administration of the Apprenticeship Programme, ensuring all records and systems are maintained accurately
• Manage apprenticeship-related information including certificates, breaks in learning, and programme updates
• Liaise with apprenticeship providers and managers across the business to support apprentice development
• Arrange and participate in apprenticeship meetings and engagement events
• Support the delivery and administration of the company induction programme for new starters
• Maintain induction records through HR and LMS systems
• Produce reports and summaries from programme and induction data
• Act as a point of contact for apprenticeship-related queries across the business
• Provide general administrative support to the People Team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
• Manage apprenticeship queries through the People Team ticketing system within agreed service levelsWhat we’re looking for:
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and manage tasks independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence communicating with colleagues at all levels across the organisation
• A proactive and curious approach to work, with strong follow-through on actions
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail and professional handling of data
• Ability to work collaboratively while managing responsibilities independentlyDesirable:
• Experience working with apprenticeship providers
• Understanding of apprenticeship programmes and levy administration
• Experience working within the education sector
• Familiarity with HR or Learning Management SystemsSafeguarding commitment
