Salary: £26,319 per annum

Now is an exciting time to join Platform Housing Group, one of the largest social housing providers in the Midlands. We are dedicated to investing in people and communities to build a stronger, more sustainable future. In this role you will be supporting the Property Care Commercial team by taking ownership and responsibility for a range of administrative activities.
As well as supporting the Group's wider objectives, some of the work will involve assisting the team with the checking and processing of invoices. You will be assisting in the maintenance of an accurate filing system and supporting the maintenance of property care systems to ensure records are accurate.
You will be continually learning about the profession while developing the skills required to progress. You will also be given the opportunity to make your mark and will be encouraged and supported to introduce new ideas and ways of making things better.
We are looking for someone who has the necessary drive, enthusiasm and curious mind to support our growth. You will join a growing team and to be successful in this role you need to be a natural team player and collaborator. The ability to adapt and be flexible is critical. You must also be a confident communicator with the skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.

Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent in English
Grade 4 or above GCSE or equivalent in Maths
Some things you need to know
This Apprentice will be home based with regular travel to the office in Worcester, with occasional travel to our office at Birmingham Business Park so you will need the ability to travel to these locations.
We are looking for candidates who live in Worcester and the Worcestershire area as they will be regularly in the Worcester office. We have free on-site car parking.
The work pattern is Monday to Friday working 40 hours a week.

For your apprenticeship you will study toward a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification where you will attend 1-1/group taught training modules with a personal advisor alongside continuous on the job learning within your role.
