    Aggregator partners and price comparison websites play a crucial role in how customers discover Animal Friends Insurance. As an Aggregator Executive, you’ll help ensure our brand is easy to find, competitive and delivering a smooth, reassuring experience from the very first interaction.

    This is a varied, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our commercial performance. You’ll support the Aggregator Team across administration, reporting, compliance and partner management, while working closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations and IT.

    Your work will have a direct impact on new business performance, partner confidence and customer experience.

    What you’ll be doing

    You’ll be responsible for a broad mix of activity, including:

    • Supporting UAT testing, quality checks and post-release audits to ensure systems run smoothly and downtime is minimised

    • Building strong, collaborative relationships with aggregator partners and internal stakeholders

    • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and pricing movements within the price comparison space

    • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency

    • Supporting regulatory compliance and approval processes, ensuring high standards are maintained

    • Preparing clear, insightful reports to support decision-making

    • Bringing forward ideas and improvements to enhance performance and customer journeys

    • Providing reliable day-to-day admin and reporting support to keep the team operating effectively

    What we’re looking for

    We’re looking for someone who is curious, organised and commercially aware, with:

    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships

    • An analytical mindset with confidence working with data and identifying insights

    • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • A proactive, detail-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership

    • A genuine interest in digital journeys, comparison sites or online performance (experience in aggregators or financial services is beneficial but not essential)
