Main Purpose of Position
The Learner Services Officer provides comprehensive administration and QA support across the learner journey, ensuring our gov funded contracts are delivered to the highest quality standards from enrolment through to destination.
Alongside this, the role owns a new intake function for the business: activating and managing high-volume, low-cost learner referral channels — Job Centre Plus, local authorities, housing associations and community organisations. This sits distinct from the strategic employer partnerships owned by the Business Development Manager, and gives the postholder a genuine stake in growing learner numbers as well as supporting them once on programme.
