    Join our Consultant Admiral Nurse for Frailty and Physical Health team as an Admiral Nurse and bring your specialist nursing expertise in frailty, complex physical health, and dementia to support families who require specialist advice. You’ll be a key member of our clinical service, providing support via telephone and virtual clinics.

    As an Admiral Nurse, you’ll align clinical practice using the Admiral Nurse Assessment Framework, to provide advice and support to families. You’ll champion relationship and family-centred care approaches and use data to drive service improvements. Working within the NMC Code and relevant legislation, you’ll uphold the highest standards of professional conduct while collaborating closely with the Consultant Admiral Nurse.

    You’ll help shape national best practice, delivering education to professionals and fellow Admiral Nurses, contributing to research and strengthening the evidence base for frailty, complex physical health and dementia. You’ll benefit from regular clinical supervision and reflective practice, accessing a range of learning opportunities to support your ongoing professional development. This is a unique opportunity to influence care standards and make a real impact on families across the UK.

    To succeed, you’ll be a Registered Nurse with significant experience of practicing as an Admiral Nurse or dementia specialist nurse, with a specialism in frailty and physical health. You will have a proven ability to deliver clinical leadership, expert advice, and advocacy for families. Strong communication skills and a commitment to professional development are essential.

    This role will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
