    Dementia UK has a new unique opportunity to join us as an Admiral Nurse Academy Facilitator to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the Admiral Nurse Academy as we deliver Dementia UK’s 2025–2030 strategy.

    In this role you will support the development of Admiral Nursing practice. You will help deliver high-quality clinical supervision through coordinating the monthly PALs group. You will support the delivery of the new Admiral Nurse pathway sessions, interactive learning sessions, webinars, Admiral Nurse forum and the Annual Dementia UK Summer School.

    We are looking for you to hold a relevant professional qualification in health, social care, education, psychology or a related field, with experience of clinical supervision. You will be confident managing group dynamics and applying reflective practice, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. With experience in dementia, older people or wider health and social care settings, you will bring a thoughtful and reflective approach to supporting others’ development.
