Admin/Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Location: Remote – but the area served is Weybridge, Walton on Thames and the surrounding area. Prefer someone within 15-20 miles of our primary location. 

Working hours: Flexible part-time – 10-12 hours per week, spread over the week. This is a zero-hour contract, offering the most flexibility

Salary: Hourly rate is £13.00 per hour. You will be paid for holiday pay and there is an opportunity to earn a yearly bonus, based on number of hours worked.

  • We are a growing PA company based in Weybridge, seeking a home-based admin/marketing and social media assistant to support our expanding list of customer tasks. 

     

    About the role: 

     

    Work across varied tasks: admin, tech, marketing, finance, personal assistance, and more. 

    No two days are the same – this is a dynamic role that requires initiative, adaptability and multi-tasking. 

    Training and development opportunities are available, plus the chance to represent us at client meetings and networking events to grow the business. 

    Ideal for someone who needs flexible working hours around school hours. 

    Coordinate with a team of 5 to ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 

     

    Your primary duties will include: 

     

    Creating (Writing) social media posts and newsletters 

    Administration 

    Liaising with customers to chase information or communicate information 

    Dealing with customers’ own systems to carry out tasks 

    Deal with emails on behalf of customers 

    Creating (Writing) social media posts and newsletters 

    Uploading blogs to websites 

     

    Your key qualities: 

    Ability to write social media posts for a range of businesses for Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. 

    Willingness to learn new tasks 

    Excellent written English skills 

    Detail oriented 

    Team player 

    Enjoys challenges 

    Works well without supervision 

    Customer focussed 

    Excellent knowledge of the Office suite of products, particularly Word and Excel, with a willingness to learn new programs such as Mailchimp and Canva.
