The Relate Training Department is committed to delivering high-quality, accredited counselling courses that support the professional development of individuals pursuing or advancing a career in the counselling field. We specialise in designing and delivering training that meets national standards and accreditation requirements, ensuring learners gain both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed for competent and ethical practice.
Our team works closely with awarding bodies, experienced tutors, and placement providers to offer a comprehensive learning journey. We are passionate about creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters personal growth, professional confidence, and long-term career progression within the counselling profession.
Main Responsibilities:
• Course Coordination
Support the scheduling, organisation, and delivery of counselling courses, including liaising with tutors, students and centre placements. .
• Learner Communication
Serve as the first point of contact for learners—responding to enquiries, providing course information, and issuing joining instructions.
• Maintaining Records and Databases
Accurately track learner registrations, Assignment submissions, attendance, assessments, placements, and qualifications in line with Training procedures and accreditation requirements.
• Resource Preparation
Organise and distribute course materials, welcome packs, handbooks, and certificates for learners and tutors.
• Tutor Support
Provide administrative assistance to tutors, including managing registers, collecting feedback, and arranging classroom or online facilities.
• System and Platform Management
Use learning management systems (LMS), spreadsheets, and scheduling tools to manage course logistics and learner progress.
• Assessment Administration
Help coordinate assignment submissions, monitor deadlines, and prepare assessment paperwork in line with exam board or tutor requirements.
• Monitoring Feedback and Evaluation
Collate feedback from learners and tutors to support continuous improvement of courses and the overall learning experience.

• Liaise with students, tutors and placements.
• Handle student inquiries, confirmations, and logistics professionally.
• Manage communications related to training courses.
• Coordinate training sessions, book venues or virtual meeting platforms.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and certification documents.
• Prepare training materials, handouts, agendas, and feedback forms.
