Account Manager - Corporate Partnerships

Salary: £42,237 per annum

    As Account Manager – Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for account management within the Corporate Partnerships team to deliver ambitious annual income targets through excellent stewardship and engagement. You will have a deep understanding of account management development and implementation and have a passion for the Teach First mission. You will play a key role in maintaining, growing and retaining our high value corporate partnerships to support our mission. Yes to the above? Then we want to hear from you.     • Do you have 3+ years’ experience in managing and stewarding corporate partners in a fundraising team, with a track record of retaining high-value, multi-year partnerships, delivering year-on-year income growth?

    • Do you have an understanding of CSR/ESG trends, corporate motivations, and partnership models; able to align fundraising strategy with organisational priorities?

    • Do you have expertise in developing compelling, mutually beneficial partnership propositions; and are you confident in negotiating partnership terms and influencing stakeholders to secure long-term value?

    • Are you skilled in research, data analysis, and income forecasting; confident interpreting pipeline data and presenting insights, as well as proficient in using data to demonstrate impact, track KPIs, and inform partnership strategy?

    • Are you proficient in CRM systems such as Salesforce for relationship and pipeline management and able to work effectively across teams to ensure seamless delivery of partnership commitments?

    • Do you have outstanding written and verbal communication with experience crafting persuasive proposals and delivering high-impact presentations that resonate with corporate audiences? 

    • Do you have excellent project management and coordination across multiple stakeholders?
