The Business Development (BD) Coordinator will coordinate and contribute to the business development activity in Dimensions, working closely with the Tenders & Bids Team, Referrals Team and BD Managers.
The responsibilities include supporting tender submissions; acting as the first point of contact for all new enquiries relating to new business opportunities for the Group; compiling reports on the team’s performance; and maintaining databases of relevant information.
We’re pleased to offer two exciting opportunities for Business Development Coordinators, created through a recent team restructure and internal promotions.
The first role is 30 hours a week. The full time salary is £28,573, pro-rata £22,858.40
The second opportunity 18.75 hours a week. The full time salary is £28,573, pro-rata £14,286.50
About the role
Your main duties will include:
Assist the Tenders & Bids team with the project management/coordination of tender submissions and presentations.
Support the Referral & Assessment Managers where in management of Referrals and Call Offs, including but not limited to maintenance of Trackers, requesting and sharing information through portals, submitting EOI’s and proposals.
Ensuring that for all opportunities the information is filtered as per agreed parameters, seeking out clarification or further information where required and forwarding relevant opportunities to colleagues.
Working as a team to manage the tender ‘portals’, including: identifying suitable opportunities, registering an interest, downloading documents, responding to and updating clarifications, and uploading submissions.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and process information quickly
Able to communicate effectively at all levels (both orally and in writing) and to build effective working relationships internally and externally.
Strong IT Skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in completion of documents
