Salary: £39,590 - £41,000 (GBP)

What you will be doing
As our Change Manager, you will lead the change management for major programmes, coach leaders on smaller initiatives and ensure a consistent change management approach across projects. You will collaborate with and support other change managers, lead resource updates and collaborate with senior stakeholders and teams at all levels.
Who we are looking for
A proven track record of working in Change Management
Excellent communication skills
Experience of influencing both internal stakeholders
Proven facilitation skills in a change management setting
Excellent analytical Skills
Project delivery experience
