    We’re looking for a Web Analyst / Conversion Specialist who can turn traffic into measurable business growth. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of analytics, marketing, and development. You’ll dive deep into user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and implement changes that directly impact conversion rates.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze user behavior using tools like GA4, TripleWhale, Shopify, etc.

    • Build and interpret funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics

    • Identify friction points in the user journey and generate hypotheses

    • Plan and run A/B tests and experiments (from idea to insights)

    • Set up and manage tracking (GTM, events, goals)

    • Optimize landing pages, forms, and onboarding flows

    • Collaborate with designers, developers, and the marketing team

    • Prepare reports and actionable insights to improve conversion

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in web analytics / CRO / performance marketing /e-commerce

    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, TripleWhale, Meta pixel

    • Understanding of UX/UI and user behavior principles

    • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks

    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript (for implementation/testing)

    • Comfortable working with data (Excel; SQL is a plus)

    • Analytical mindset with a strong focus on results 

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)

    • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis

    • Background in e-commerce, FinTech, or digital products

    • Understanding of unit economics and growth frameworks
