  • A bit about the role

The volunteer journey describes a volunteer’s path through Scouts. It starts from the moment they are first recruited and welcomed into the movement, through how they learn and develop, and are supported and valued.

This role will design, test, deliver and support and maintain new and existing volunteer tools and processes that support our volunteer journey. This includes maintaining products to support volunteer joining, local governance and the overall volunteer journey.

Working collaboratively with volunteers and staff colleagues this role will help us recruit more volunteers, who better reflect the communities where they volunteer, and who enjoy a high quality and positive experience, so that we can provide even more young people with skills for life.
