Salary: £24,971 (National) or £30,643 (London - for London office based or home-based workers within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £581 per annum for those working from home.

Picture thisImagine being the go-to person for a Director and their senior team—keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes so they can focus on making a difference. You’ll be part of a supportive network of PAs who work together to deliver high-quality, timely support.
At CQC as a Team Personal Assistant, you might get the chance to:Coordinate diary and meeting logistics for senior leaders, ensuring they’re prepared and supported for key decision-making forums.
Produce clear, accessible notes and action logs from leadership meetings that help drive forward important initiatives.
The roleYou’ll be key in helping us deliver our work. In this role, you’ll:
Support senior leaders: Manage diaries, meetings, and confidential communications for the Director, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Deliver high-quality admin: Prepare materials, take notes, and follow up on actions to keep leadership teams aligned and informed.
Collaborate across teams: Work flexibly with other PAs and support staff to meet changing priorities and ensure smooth operations.
Show usWe’ll be looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
Experience managing busy schedules: Show how you’ve handled diary and meeting coordination for senior staff or teams.
Ability to present information clearly: Demonstrate how you’ve created accessible reports or summaries for different audiences.
Strong IT and organisational skills: Evidence your use of tools like Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
