We’re recruiting for a Team Administrator (Billings) to join us. We’re offering a competitive base salary.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Team Administrator (Billings) to join our Legal & Governance function. This role plays a key part in supporting leaders and teams across Legal, helping the business run smoothly through effective administration, coordination and financial processing. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues, build strong relationships with internal and external partners, and contribute to a professional, inclusive and high‑performing environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Providing administrative and project support to leaders across the Legal team
Supporting teamwide billing, invoicing and legal spend processes using Brightflag
Raising and managing purchase orders and ensuring invoices are reviewed, approved and paid accurately
Liaising with external law firms, Finance and Accounts Payable to resolve billing and payment queries
Supporting matter set‑up, maintenance and reporting to help track legal spend and budgets
Preparing routine reports and supporting audit and finance requests
Supporting team colleagues with events, meetings, onboarding and people administration
Working collaboratively with other administrators to provide seamless cover during busy periods and absences
Who we’re looking for:
Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role within a professional environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confidence working with systems such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Clear and adaptable communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail, especially when handling financial or confidential information
A collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues when needed
The confidence to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
A proactive mindset with an interest in improving ways of working
