Talent Acquisition Specialist

Employer: Zanda

Location: Remote, European Time Zone

Working hours: Full-time (30-40 hours)

Salary: Not listed

  • At Zanda, our mission is simple - to make health practice management easy and enjoyable. Our software empowers health practitioners to grow thriving businesses, live more fulfilling lives, and deliver experiences their patients love. To make that happen, we’re building a team that’s passionate, innovative, curious, and driven to create real impact in the world, and that’s where you come in…

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves the art (and science) of connecting people with purpose, and who thrives on finding, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent. You’ll be the first impression of Zanda for candidates, the trusted guide for hiring managers, and the person behind the hires that will shape the future of our company (no pressure!). Think of yourself as Zanda’s “connector-in-chief”, the one who turns great candidates into even greater teammates. This isn’t just filling roles -  it’s building a foundation for the future of Zanda.

    What You’ll Do

    • Be a true partner to hiring managers to figure out not just what’s on the job description, but who will thrive in the role. Help HMs cut through the noise to define what (and who) they need to succeed.

    • Design smart, creative hiring strategies and own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.

    • Get scrappy with sourcing, LinkedIn is great, but you also know where to find hidden gems (Slack groups, niche reddit or discord groups, maybe even Twitter threads) Uncover talent where others aren’t looking.

    • Make the candidate experience unforgettable. Every interaction should feel personal, thoughtful and a reflection of our culture.

    • Use data as your compass. Sharpen your instincts, track what works and guide decisions to improve our hiring practices.

    • Champion our employer brand. Help tell Zanda’s story in a way that resonates and gets people excited to join us.

What You Bring to the Team

    • Genuine passion for connecting the right people to the right opportunities and the excitement that comes with making a perfect match.

    • Have a high sense of ownership about your work and high performance standards

    • A self-starter, with a can-do attitude. You’re known for your integrity, accountability, and ability to stay on top of multiple priorities.

    • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a growing SaaS or startup environment (with hiring experience in technical and non-technical roles).

    • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, niche platforms, and creative channels).

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You can put candidates and hiring managers at ease while keeping things moving forward.

    • A commitment to candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices.

    • A knack for spotting opportunities to improve processes, tools, or candidate experience and the initiative to turn ideas into action.

    • Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. You don’t just react to hiring needs, you anticipate them.

    • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment metrics - always driven to measure and improve!

    Nice to Haves

    • Experience working with a remote, globally distributed team.

    • Experience hiring in multiple countries and markets globally.

    Why You’ll Love this Role

    • Be the first impression of Zanda - you are the experience candidates will remember.

    • Shape how we hire, not just who we hire.

    • Work remotely with a diverse, collaborative team across 32 countries - and still feel like you’re part of one close-knit crew.

    • See the direct impact of your hires not just on our teams, seeing them grow and thrive, but on doctors, patients, and practices around the world.
