The Green Party National Engagement Team is looking for a Supporter Care Manager to work with them on providing an outstanding experience for our members, friends, donors and supporters.
We need a customer service champion with strong leadership skills – a vital team member who oversee the moments when our community need questions answering: from members checking their subscriptions, officers needing help navigating the database experience, or supporters with questions about our policy. You will also manage the telephone fundraising team, managing their campaigns by working with the Retention Manager and Field team.
You will be self-motivated and skilled in managing high volumes of community communications with empathy, clarity and a commitment to providing a positive experience. Having the aptitude to oversee day to day operations and ensure our procedures are efficient is crucial, as well as excellent collaboration skills to ensure alignment and engagement.
You’ll have the confidence to handle and analyse complex data to identify trends, generate insights and inform decision making, as well as experience of co-ordinating mulitple projects or campaigns simultaneously.
