What will you be doing as a Software Training Team Lead?
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Software Trainers
Managing training capacity and resource allocation across multiple products and projects
Ensuring consistent delivery standards and high-quality customer learning experiences
Overseeing the development and maintenance of training materials and resources
Working closely with onboarding and project teams to plan customer training activity
Monitoring customer readiness, training effectiveness and feedback
Producing reports on training performance, demand and continuous improvement opportunities
Supporting trainers with complex customer requirements and key delivery activities
Driving innovation and ongoing improvement across the training function
What are we looking for?
Experience leading training, enablement, learning or customer education teams
Strong people management and coaching skills
Experience designing and delivering structured learning programmes
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Strong planning and organisational capability
Experience using feedback, data and performance measures to drive improvements
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within software, SaaS or technology-led environments would be advantageous
