We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, creative and commercially minded Senior
Marketing Manager to drive both company brands forward in awareness, lead generation
and customer engagement.
The Role
This is a hands-on senior marketing position for someone who enjoys both strategy and
delivery. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that
generate awareness and leads that enable the companies to nurture prospects and support
revenue growth.
You will work closely with leadership, sales, client services and external partners to ensure
that our marketing activity supports business objectives and strengthens our position as a
trusted voice in workplace mental wellbeing and inclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the corporate mental health,
wellbeing or inclusion sector and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
Develop and deliver annual marketing plans across This Can Happen Global and
Employees Matter.
Build integrated campaigns to support conferences, awards, memberships, training
programmes, wellbeing services and research products.
Identify new opportunities to increase awareness, engagement and revenue.
Managing the time and work load of the part-time marketing executive.
Measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance using data and analytics.
Digital & Content Marketing
With the support of the marketing executive the role includes:
o Manage company websites and landing pages.
o Create and distribute email marketing campaigns and HTML newsletters.
o Produce engaging content including articles, reports, case studies, videos
and thought leadership pieces.
o Develop content calendars aligned to business priorities and events.
Social Media
With the support of the marketing executive, the role includes:
o Own and manage all social media channels.
o Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and other relevant
platforms.
o Grow audience engagement and brand reach.
o Monitor trends within workplace wellbeing, mental health, employee
experience and inclusion.
Lead Generation & CRM
Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing activity.
Manage prospect nurturing campaigns and marketing automation.
Maintain and optimise CRM systems such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
Work closely with sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality.
Events & Campaign Management
Support the marketing of conferences, awards, webinars, roundtables and other
events.
Coordinate marketing activity before, during and after events.
Develop sponsorship and partner marketing materials.
AI & Innovation
Use AI tools to improve marketing productivity, research, content creation and
campaign performance.
Explore new marketing technologies and automation opportunities.
Help the organisation remain at the forefront of innovation in workplace wellbeing and
communications.
About You
Essential Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing management role.
Strong understanding of workplace mental health, employee wellbeing,
Inclusion, HR, employee experience or related sectors.
Demonstrable success delivering lead-generation campaigns.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or
similar.
Experience in managing email campaigns and working with HTML templates.
Strong management experience in social media, particularly LinkedIn.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong commercial awareness and results-driven mindset.
Essential Skills
AI literate and comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing activities.
Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills.
Self-motivated and highly organised.
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
Experience in marketing memberships, events or conferences.
Knowledge of wellbeing benchmarking, workplace culture or employee engagement
sectors.
Experience using marketing automation platforms.
Familiarity with SEO and paid social campaigns.
Experience working within a small, growing organisation.
Location Requirements
This is a remote-first role. However, applicants must be based within reasonable travelling
distance of London and willing to attend regular team meetings, planning sessions, client
events and company conferences.
