    The Role

    We’re hiring a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to own the brand and product journey from a marketing perspective. This role will lead brand strategy and campaign development in close collaboration with our performance marketing, community, asset production, and data teams. The goal: to craft inspiring and effective marketing that builds our brand and grows our subscriber base.

    You will report directly to the VP Marketing (Maternity Cover) and play a critical role in shaping how users perceive and experience ProWritingAid.

    Key Responsibilities

    🧭 Brand & Strategic Ownership

    • Own and evolve our brand strategy in collaboration with leadership.

    • Develop and refine brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.

    • Lead the brand marketing roadmap in alignment with subscriber growth and business goals.

    • Own the brand and product journey across key touchpoints from a marketing perspective.

    🎬 Campaign Development

    • Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to execution and performance analysis.

    • Brief and collaborate with asset production teams (design, video, copy) to bring campaigns to life.

    • Ensure brand coherence and quality across all owned, earned, and paid media.

    🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with:

      • Performance marketing to drive user acquisition and conversion.

      • Community and content to amplify campaigns through storytelling and engagement.

      • Data to inform campaign strategies, track brand health, and optimize initiatives.

    📈 Insight & Growth

    • Leverage audience, market, and product insights to drive strategic thinking.

    • Monitor brand metrics and propose growth-driving optimizations.

    • Stay on top of industry trends and competitors.

    What We’re Looking For

    ✅ Must-Have Experience & Skills

    • 5+ years in brand marketing or integrated marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or digital consumer brands.

    • Proven experience owning strategic brand or product campaigns.

    • Strong creative instincts and experience working with internal or external creative teams.

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

    • Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of how brand impacts growth.

    • Experience in remote, cross-functional teams is a plus.
