      We’re looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Therapeutic Quality & Training Team, supporting the Executive Director of Recovery's directorate. You’ll be the engine behind our training and quality operations—keeping everything running smoothly, efficiently, and on time.

      What You’ll Be Doing:

      • Coordinate training events, book venues, manage attendees, and maintain training logs

      • Provide high-level admin support across the Recovery Directorate

      • Support meetings with diary management, note-taking, and reporting

      • Maintain databases, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic goals

      • Work independently while staying connected to a supportive team

      What You’ll Bring:

      • Strong admin and organisational skills

      • Confidence using Excel, Outlook, and internal systems

      • Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders

      • A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail

      • Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings and events
