Anaphylaxis UK is the only UK-wide charity solely dedicated to supporting people at risk of serious allergic reactions and anaphylaxis. Our mission is to create a safer environment for everyone with allergies through trusted information, training, and support.
We are at an exciting stage of growth, with established programmes and new initiatives ready to launch. This newly created role will be central to helping us deliver our vision of a brighter future for people living with serious allergies.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Administrator to provide comprehensive support across the charity. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Senior Leadership Team and our AllergyWise® training service, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Core Responsibilities
AllergyWise® & Health Information : Support learners, manage accounts, liaise with IT providers, and handle enquiries.
Executive Assistance : Service the Board of Trustees, arrange meetings, take minutes, and support senior leaders with diary management and bookings.
Virtual Reception : Manage general email accounts and telephone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
General Administration : Organise meetings, room bookings, refreshments, and technology set-up; collate and distribute agendas.
Experience and Skills
Essential : Minimum 2 years’ experience in a general administrative role.
Essential : GCSE Maths & English (A–C / 4–9)
Essential : Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, Teams).
Essential : Experience with a Learner Management System.
Essential : Excellent written and verbal communication
Essential : Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently in a small team.
Essential : High level of confidentiality and understanding of data protection.
Desirable : Level 3 Business Administration qualification.
Desirable : Experience in healthcare or charity sector.
Desirable : Familiarity with CRM systems (ThankQ preferred).
Desirable : Experience using WordPress.
