Location: Primarily remote working with occasional requirement for office/site visits. While flexible working arrangements will be considered we will expect the successful candidate to be able to visit our Wiltshire-based office on a regular basis.
Working hours: This is a full-time position.
Salary: Salary range from £27,000 – £29,000 depending on experience.

We are on the lookout for a graduate who is familiar with data analysis, able to decipher scientific and technical information and has demonstrable knowledge of fish biology, fishkeeping and fish husbandry (preferably relating to ornamental aquatics).
Your work will be integral in supporting our Scientific and Technical Adviser with a wide portfolio of issues, from providing well-researched advice on fishkeeping, welfare, biosecurity and invasive species to animal and plant health, conservation, sustainability, and biodiversity. You will need to be able to analyse and interpret data sets and complex scientific literature and legislation to help us in our work to support the interests of our 800+ members from across the ornamental aquatic industry.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual able to work independently who can use their skills and knowledge to evaluate, understand and present scientific and technical information to both specialist and non-specialist audiences in a range of formats.
