    The role

    You will support the New Business Sales, Inside Sales and Renewals teams by assisting with daily operations to improve efficiency and revenue outcomes. This is a cross-functional position that combines data management and tool support to help power our sales motion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operational Support: Support the New Business  Sales, Inside Sales, and Renewals teams through scalable processes and operational rigor.

    • CRM Management: Assist in the management of Salesforce to improve usability and data accuracy.

    • Data Integrity: Ensure complete and up-to-date data across the customer base to support reliable forecasting and planning.

    • Process Improvement: Proactively identify process bottlenecks and assist in developing solutions to drive efficiency.

    • Contract Workflows: Help implement contract workflows and compliance checks to streamline deal execution.

    • Reporting Assistance: Work with the Business Analyst manager to help surface actionable insights and performance trends.

    • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive playbooks that define processes and best practices for the sales teams.

    • Renewal Tracking: Help ensure renewal opportunities are tracked and executed on time, collaborating with Finance on invoicing issues.

    Requirements

    • CRM Proficiency: Experience using a CRM system is required. Specific expertise in Salesforce is considered highly beneficial.

    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret basic sales data to identify potential risks or growth opportunities.

    • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and operational excellence.

    • Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to convey information to various stakeholders.

    • Collaboration: A desire to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.

    • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning new tools and a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity.

    • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and support financial year planning through basic data modeling.
