    About the role

    As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll help drive growth by managing our CRM system (ideally HubSpot), generating B2B leads within the healthcare sector, and nurturing prospects into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

    You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, engaging potential clients through warm calls, tailored outreach, and follow-ups — ensuring a seamless handover of leads that turn into real opportunities.

    • Passionate about delivering excellent telephone service and presenting a professional brand image

    • Confident speaking with new contacts in a business environment

    • Experienced with CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot)

    • Target-driven, results-focused, and motivated by success

    • Calm, professional, and positive under pressure

    • A great team player who can also work independently

    • Eager to learn about our software products and the healthcare sectors we serve

    You may also support sales and marketing activities such as attending demos, conferences, or events.
