Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis

Pet Insurance Renewals Phone Agent
Package: £25,700 salary pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and heath care cash plan.

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm on a weekly rotating shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
Start Date: July 20th, you must be available for the full 4 Weeks remote training from the start date.
What you’ll get up to as a Pet Insurance Renewals Phone Agent
Taking back to back inbound calls, selling insurance products, support the online sales journey & retain customers that are wishing to cancel their existing policies on behalf of the client in a compliant manner. Promote a positive image of Pinnacle Pet Group & its client companies whilst actively growing PPG & partners business. Delivering a first-class customer experience whilst maximising the value of every telephone interaction with all Pinnacle Pet Group client customers.
What we look for in you as a Pet Insurance Renewals Phone Agent
Previous experience working within a call centre role is essential
Experience working within a sales or retentions environment is beneficial
As you’ll be working to targets, experience working within a targeted environment would be an advantage
Our customer experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you`ll be passionate about delivering top customer service
Attention to detail is important as you’ll need to get to know our different policies inside out
Within this busy role you’ll need to be resilient and organised with the ability to work at pace
