    Position

    As a Quality Enhancement Manager in QAA Scotland, you will take a strategic lead in designing and delivering programmes that support sector development, engagement, and innovation across Scotland’s tertiary education. You’ll oversee collaborative projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent QAA in high profile forums and sector groups. Working closely with internal and external partners, you will ensure that our enhancement activities are responsive, relevant, and high impact. From shaping events and producing sector leading resources, to supporting national advisory committees and responding to provider needs, this is a pivotal role with broad influence and responsibility.

    Requirements

    You are an experienced and confident leader with a strong background in managing complex programmes or initiatives, ideally within an education, policy, or quality enhancement context. You have excellent communication skills, can represent an organisation with credibility, and are adept at building relationships across a wide range of stakeholders. You think strategically, act collaboratively, and are comfortable navigating complexity. You are energised by the opportunity to lead change, contribute to sector development, and influence policy and practice across the UK and beyond.
