• Job description

  We’re looking for a Product Manager with automotive aftersales experience to join our growing Product team who will be responsible for validating, prioritising, and aligning the mid-to-long-term product roadmap of our Aftersales product suite with key stakeholders. They will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver high-value aftersales products, ensuring these products meet customer needs and are successful upon rollout.

  Key responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the success of our aftersales focused products, ensuring continuous improvement

  • Working with stakeholders, and colleagues such as Developers, Designers, Marketing etc to ensure a common understanding of objectives and priorities

  • Collecting and analysing ideas and feedback from customers, partners and stakeholders. Planning of these new features and changes, researching opportunities based on commercial and technical viabilities

  • Documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, detailed workflows, and functional or non-functional requirements associated with the features you are creating

  • Demonstrating new features and ideas to stakeholders, being prepared with excellent documentation in collaboration with the wider Product team

  • Conduct competitor, market and industry analysis to feed into the roadmap of your products

  • Play an active role in mitigating any blockers to the successful delivery of sprints and take the lead within the scrum teams

  Knowledge & Skills:

  • Product and/or Project Management experience with B2B SaaS product(s) within an agile/scrum methodology

  • Experience in the automotive software industry, with expertise in aftersales processes and CRM is desirable

  • Excellent data-driven prioritisation skills and an ability to inspire and motivate others
